Need to upgrade CPU and GPU

I was wondering if I could up my GPU to a Raedon 7870 and my CPU to a Vishera 3.5GHz (4.0GHz Turbo) Socket AM3+ 125W Eight-Core

I'm not so great with hardware...

It looks like your motherboard only supports AM2+ CPUs so the one you linked wouldn't fit. To answer regarding the GPU we'd need to know the spec of your PSU.
