Hey everyone, I`d just like some input on what part I should get next from the 3 I`ve picked out.

The choices are:
1) Go SLI
2) Get a second HP 23" like your first
3) Double your ram

To me I would add the HP while you can get a similar monitor. Watch for the others to hit the sales bins and I would grab what ever hits the bin first. To me I'm not sure you'll see huge gains from 32 gb of ram unless your setting up a huge ram drive. So monitor first, SLI next and Ram last unless sales bins force a revision !

What are you wanting your PC to do that it won't already?

Pull the air cooler and replace with a proper 240 mm or squeeze a 280 mm closed loop in and get the 4.0 OC up to 4.6 or higher !

You don't need 32GB of RAM, and unless your current video card doesn't play the games you want, another one won't help. I would suggest upgrading your monitor to a high end IPS/PLS panel monitor.

Go sli then add two more 23" monitors for surround.


Forget the Ram. What you've got is plenty unless you are maxing it out already. Otherwise it makes zero difference.

But seriously, kbrad you`re right, this pc is runnin great so it`s a tough choice. Metro is lookin awesome on high settings, so no problems there.

I really want to get a matching set of 23" monitors, at least then I`ll have 2 23`s and a 19 and the Bravia, when I want to use it.

How about not upgrading anything, and saving the money for an upgrade later? Everything is fine, apart from the monitor in my opinion. I recently changed my LCD TN panel for an LED IPS panel, and it's delicious. Unless you want to upgrade immediately, I'd save the money.
