When shutdown or restart windows, the error windows comes up "Net-Broadcast Event window.2.0.0.0..." at windows 7 x64.

I've searched at google, but most of them is for xp.

Also I searched at eventviewer, ther is no item about "Net-Broadcast Event window".

Please let me know how to stop this error message.

Thanks in advance.

Dear windstory,
How have you configured the windows updates? In your case it should be"automatically download and install windows updates". I have a strong feeling that some critical "security"updates and "driver" updates were missing!

Is your Mozilla FF ( if installed ) working properly? Kindly see if you have the latest version installed, otherwise uninstall and re-install.

Kindly run a AV check. Please get back and tell us how things are.

regards,
sree
