.NET Framework Installation Error

I royally screwed up. I tried to fix the CLR error 80004005 by uninstalling all .NET Framework versions my computer. After that, I restarted and tried to install the .NET Framework 4 on my computer. It downloaded the files, installed for maybe 1 minute and then says "Installation failed" without any helpful explanation. Is there any way to fix this or am I helplessly in a deep shit?

How did you uninstall .NET? Did you do it manually or did you use .Net Framework Cleanup Tool 6.0.3790

I did it manually, from the Uninstall or change a program thing.

Check for Updates to see if its cued there.

If it's not available via Windows Update or is but still fails to install, you can try the .Net Framework Cleanup Tool 6.0.3790 I mentioned before, see if that helps then run Windows Update to get the latest and greatest.
