Net Framework Question

I am using Windows 7 Professional 64 bit. I would like to install a small program that requires Microsoft Net 2.0 Framework. In Programs and Features (Add/Remove Programs) my machine has Net Framework 4.0 Client Profile and Net Framework 4.0 Extended installed but Net 2.0 Framework is not shown. I did a Windows Update and it searched and reported back that my machine is up to date.

Does Net Framework 4.0 include Net Framework 2.0? I looked on the Microsoft website and there were many variations of Framework 2.0 to download and install that I wouldn't know which one to use.

If you install the program it will either work or not. If not then look around at the .net 2.0 option.

Thanks - I will install it to see it if works. For my education though does Net Framework 4 include Net Framework 2?
