Netbook won't boot up :(

Hi all
I go to start my netbook and it doesn't boot into windows but it goes straight into startup repair. I can't press F8 or anything, it is really annoying. Any ideas would be appreciated.

yeah it says that it has finished and it completed and I must restart my computer, it still doesn't work, I have tried system restore as well but it just throws and error at me.
