NetBUI name changed on me with CCEC

Hi all,
For some reason, I cannot access other PC's on my Home network.
Come to find out, that my PC name is changed into CCEC (When I click on the Network)

When I go into the Windows properties, it still has the right name (My Laptop) but when
I click on Advanced, I see under NetBUI the name CCEC instead of My Laptop.
So I am guessing that that's the problem.

How can I change it, so everhing is back to normal ?
All I remember was activating Streaming Media, so I could watch movies on my TV, but I turned
that off again, but that didn't make any difference.

Any Thoughts??

Thank you.
I will look into it.. Did a restore, and was looking what else could be different, but not seeing it.
I am assuming that this was caused by NETBUI.
Now everything is back to normal, after 2 days of figuring out why it did not work anymore. I had given up, and put my laptop through the time machine and went 4 days back..
Once I have everything updated again, I will check it out, and see what is making it changing into CCEC
