Network Access Protrection Agent - best settings needed

Network Access Protection Agent, in services: Presently set for Manual. Set it for Automatic [Delayed Start]. There is a password within the Properties. How do I find out what that password, I don't know where it came from. I'll be at work, with no Write access, only Read access for discussion boards, I will monitor this thread. I have a Home Network with one desktop, two laptops, one Samsung Galaxy Tab3 -- everything but Tab3 is on both hardwire and wireless. Tab3 only wireless.I'll be at work, with no Write access, only Read access for discussion boards, I will monitor this thread.

** Later, realizing I misstyped title earlier, I wanted to change my title, to reflect the true NAP title:
Network Access Protection agency **

Is there a reason you want to use NAP. I would think the password would be for the admin account your on at the time of setting it up, unless you are making one for it at the time.

NAP clients are computers that report system health to a NAP enforcement point. A NAP enforcement point is a computer or network access device that can require the evaluation of a NAP client’s health state and optionally provide restricted network access or communication. NAP enforcement points can be IEEE 802.1X-capable switches or VPN servers, DHCP servers, or Health Registration Authorities (HRAs) that run Windows Server 2008 or Windows Server 2008 R2. The NAP health policy server is a computer running the Network Policy Server (NPS) service in Windows Server 2008 or Windows Server 2008 R2 that stores health requirement policies and provides health evaluation for NAP clients. Health requirement policies are configured by the administrator and can include settings that require that NAP client computers have the latest antivirus definitions and security updates installed, a personal firewall enabled, and other settings.

rvcjew, thanks for the informative post! Presently, NAP is Automatic [Delayed] and the tiny Action Center flag in the tray notification area is no longer complaining about NAP being turned off, so I'm leaving well enough alone. Again, thanks!
