I had thought you'd found a method, my bad. The USB thumb drive should do the trick of downloading the software from one computer and installing on the next.

....my laptop is a toshiba l645 s4102 running on windows 7 ultimate with intel pentium
I apologize, I must have skipped this part on the initial read. I can now direct you to your drivers: Model Content Page

:warn: If you aren't too familiar with drivers:
Download only the Lan driver and hook your computer to the network via a LAN cable. Then, follow this tutorial to get driver updates automatically through windows update, and let them download: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/2803-device-installation-settings.html

:info: You can find the LAN driver on that website by selecting your operating system (win7 32 bit) and selecting LAN to elemenate all other drivers. Also, you never need to download a utility, and I don't recommend it either. Both are mixed in on the website so be careful that you don't "download all the things"

Mcwindows,

If you choose to allow windows to auto-download drivers as I've shown in the last post, then the download of all other drivers should begin as soon as you check for and download updates (will be listed in the "optional" section), then your problems should be solved. Let me know if you need more help, and I will try my best.

Mcwindows,

:warn: You do not need to set the drivers in compatability mode as I've mentioned earlier, as they have win7 drivers that will work on the toshiba website.

Did you set windows to download drivers before checking for them and downloading them from the "Optional" page?: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/2803-device-installation-settings.html

Check again for updates.

:info: Failing that, go back to the website I gave you earlier and download all the drivers, minus the utilities.

Mcwindows,

No hassle at all, I do this in my free time (for fun o.0)

Are you talking about in windows update or the website? In windows update, its all of them, and make sure you also get all the important ones too. Perhaps it won't let you download some optional ones until your get all the important ones downloaded, who knows.

On the website, if you're going for wireless, I'll admit that its tricky as they seem to list 3 completely different drivers. Try the Intel one, and if it doesn't work, uninstall it and go for another. Laptops list 3 from what I've seen, perhaps onboard, adapter card, and generic? You got me why there is three...

All the other drivers apart from the wireless drivers should be straight forward and easier to download (just download them all except for utilities; it should tell you what it is to the left of the driver or utility's name). Any further questions, by all means, ask.

You're very welcome, I am glad it is working for you. Too bad windows doesn't set it up where drivers are automatically updated upon installation (With an option to disable it).

Let us know if you ever come across another problem, we'll see if we can't find a solution for ya. Take care.
