Network and sharing problem

Hi dears.
I have a small problem with my network and sharing center.
The problem is that it takes maybe more than 2 minutes to open it. I mean when i click on Network and Sharing center in the control panel or i click on the network icon in my task bar, it takes minutes!! to open.
I was told it may solved with installing the network driver but i got the latest one from the net but it didn't differ.
Please help.

Thanks for the response.
But i don't have difficulty with my internet speed. My problem is the speed of my Network and Sharing Center page.
