Network browsing don't work.

When i go in to the network place in explorer i can see my desktop pc but i can't browse it when clicking on it I get the "windows cannot access....." message.

I did some tweaking and turned off a few services and at that point it stopped working, so what services are needed for browsing my computer to work?

But i can browse on this computer from my desktop, thats wierd...

The easiest thing to do is turn back on whatever you turned off.

Im pretty sure you'll need the following services running. There may be others, but these are the most obvious
Computer Browser
Netlogon
Server
Workstation
Remote Access Connection Manager
