same problem when changing ports
Well your router needs to be setup with only one of those types of connections.
If setup with DHCP, it'll get the settings off your ISP via your modem. No need to input anything. Question is if your ports are fine, cables are correct, then it will boil down to your ISP, through the modem no questions there.
