Network Card Wont Enable.

So i am having trouble with my new network card i got for my brothers computer.

He has Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit
The network card is a new Asus PCE-N13 802.11b/g/n
When in the "Network Connections" windows. i can select enable. Then is says "Enabling.." then "Enabled!"
But yet, Still in that same window, Its disabled and shown in gray.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Do you have a wireless router? Is the wireless network setup? The security type must be the same on all machines on the net...and the workgroup name must match also....

Well, I have two home routers. Both setup.

But i cannot even get to that step. The network card will not enable, so i cannot even use.

Did a setup disk come with the card?

Yup. I went through and installed the driver software. I have read alot about this problem for people using Windows 7. Not this brand of card, But I don't Know..

So the card appears in the device manager?

Yes and says its working properly. Its very weird.
