Network Controller Driver missing (No Wireless connection options)

I recently reformatted and re-installed Windows 7 onto my laptop..and i seem to have absolutely no wireless anything...the only thing i noticed diff is that the netwrok controller under device manager has a big yellow exclamation mark next to it. Could someone please help me?
