Network Folder full of unknown PCs

I wanted to enable my Internet Gateway, that requires you 2 go to the Network Folder. When i opened it i saw alot of unknown PC names. My Wireless Network is Secured so how can they use the network?!

How is it secured? is it hooked up to a wired network as well? DO you have an active anti-virus running?

WPA2-PSK
Theres no wired network.

That's fine for anti-malware (I use that on all my systems) but what about a firewall? Are you behind a router?
