okey, i am on my auntie's boyfriend computer seting up the router, which worked, so the thing is, i could not setup a password, or else the internet would stop working, so my question is; how do i make the person connecting agree to a "licence agreement"? (if they do not agree, then they cannot connect)

if the password is breaking access to the internet, it means the computer's encryption doesn't match rounter's encryption and the router firmware should be updated...
