Networking between Windows 2000 Server and Windows 7

The permissions are all set to full control, both under the security tab and the permissions button. Could the web sharing tab have anything to do with it?

It is the Web Sharing tab. It works!!

Doubt it. Ok what name did you typed in at the login box when you try to connect? Would you have typed in the name that exists in the security folder?

Have you tried sharing a folder inside the drive?

No, it worked. I tried to access the computer via the run command, like I always do, and it worked.

So what was wrong with it before?

Note, it says sharing thru IIS, i didnt know you need to do this just for map network drive.

So I have Windows 7 Basic and Windows 2000 Advanced Server computers - I can not even FIND them to log in - how do I go about doing that? I'm going crazy right now LOL
