Hello Jeffrey and welcome to Seven Forums.

Are you able to access the Avanced Boot Options menu and boot into Safe Mode?

If yes, you could try using a restore point to roll back your machine to a date/time prior to installing all those updates, programs, etc. If no restore points are available you could manually uninstall through Control Panel > Programs and Features. It's possible that an update or program installation corrupted your operating system.

I'd then check for any damaged or couurpt system files by running a system file checker scan from an elevated command prompt (option two.) If problems are found, run the scan 3 times and reboot the computer after each scan.
