I'm running 7057 burned by a friend, and I have to ask.. Where is everyone getting their new 64bit builds? I'd love to upgrade but my registered hotmail account that generated the first 64 bit CD key doesn't have any new mail from Microsoft..

Are these new builds valid/legal? Am I missing a very obvious RSS feed or something with info?

You are not missing anything m8
You will not get any keys via an email account, or through RSS feeds.
You must google or study some of the posts to get a clue as to where downloads are available.
Legality?? Well, I think the jury is still out on thAt one. If it bothers you, best leave the builds alone and wait for the RC, which is due soon.

I downloaded mine off BitTorrent (use Pirate Bay as a search engine) however you run the risk of picking up malware which may or may not be added to your installation package by whomever leaked it.

I am running 7000 beta and 7077 beta x64 off the same key. Not sure if it will work for you, however, for some reason it did work for me. Setup for 7077 x64 was done as a dual boot (using two separate hard drives), so this may have been the reason for the activation of 7077 x64 (not really sure); just know it working.

Good point! I just heard a report on one version of the 7057 x64 build polluted with spyware! But you can't tell when downloaded and installed. The drive has to taken out and scanned thoroughly on a second machine to reveal the bugs!

As for product keys if you downloaded direct from MS for the 7000 build the same keys for 32bit and 64bit will work on the latest genuine untampered with builds without a problem. The 7077 just seen available at the start of the month is the best so far for most seeing the progress that has been made so far.
