Hi all,

I previously posted here as I had BSOD probs and all I got was that the culprit was ntoskrnl.exe

I uploaded a minidump and was told it was IAStor.sys that was doing it. Since formatting, I didnt update the Intel Matrix driver so IAStor isnt present on my system. It was fine for 2 days but then I got a BSOD just then.

Ive attached the latest crashdump and would appreciate some help in trying to narrow this down.

Cheers guys

This one is pretty straight foward, It is caused by iaStorV.sys, your Intel storage driver, please download and install fresh copy of it

Code:
Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\iaStorV.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for iaStorV.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for iaStorV.sys
Probably caused by : iaStorV.sys ( iaStorV+4f51c )
Let us know if you need help

ah ok thanks for the quick response. This was the same driver that caused the last problem. The version of the driver that previously caused the problem was the latest one available from Dell's website. Its the only one i can find, and I think that using it again will still have the same problem. Ill try updating it and post again if im still getting the same BSOD's

oh the original problem was iastor.sys...this new oneis apparently iastorV.sys...which came with the fresh windows install. Dell has these storage drivers for my laptop on their website, and it will most likely still give these errors
