Solved New Build Windows 7 pro Blue screens cant install updates

I have a new build with a fresh install of Windows 7 Professional
(en_windows_7_professional_with_sp1_x64_dvd_u_676939) from my MSDN subscription

Specs
AMD FX-8300
2 x Crucial Ballistix Sport XT 4GB
Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 AM3+ AMD 760G + SB710 Motherboard
WD Blue 1 TB Desktop Hard Drive
500W PSU

I get as far as the install and MB drivers.
After that it locks up randomly and or BSOD and or restarts.
If I try to run windows update I get BSOD.

I have try re-installing and downloading the latest drivers.
I have ran Memtest86 from usb for 24 hours without any errors.
It does not error in safe mode.
Also I ran a Livve distro ubuntu from usb for several hours without issue.
I will also upload my debug-YourComputerName-xxxx.zip, per instuctions

I can download a different version of Windows if it would help.

Solved

I downloaded a different build of windows 7 pro and it works now without error.
