also should i run memtest with all the sticks in and for how many tests should it run before i stop it?

Yes, go ahead and run Memtest86 with all the sticks in, for about 8 passes. Run each of the three Prime95 tests for about an hour.

prime95 showed no errors going to run memtest when i go to work

i turned up my ram voltage a little seemed to work for awhile then i got this bsod

Try removing one of the sticks of RAM and just observing system stability. If it crashes again, install the stick again and remove the other.
