I'm not very good with computers so I was hoping someone here can help me.

I just bought a brand new computer and after a couple days I tried doing a windows update and it just stopped at 36 % for hours. So I resorted to shutting it off. Afterward I updated it in small parts. Many of the updates still failed for some reason.

I'm not sure if its related but afterward I started getting frequent blue screen errors. Please help me find out what is wrong and figure out how to fix this. Remember that I am not too knowledgeable with computers but I'd rather not bring it to someone to get it fixed.

This is what it says after I reboot:

When I get the error it happens a random times. My computer restarts and then its fine until the next time it gets the error.
