new computer not supporting softwares download

hi,
Mine is windows 7 OS,64 bit .I bought it 1 month back... recently i made some down loads in my computer and worked on them .But from two days onwords(due to some administrative changes in my computer which i cant handle) I am unable to download any required info and softwares . so that all my work was stopped.

Will you please suggest me how to download softwares with out any error messages.

You need to ask the person who is authorized to make administrator changes to your computer to help fix it.
