New Computer, Same HDD, Not Working

So I just built my new PC, and took the hard drive from my Windows 7 laptop and put it into my build. When I booted up my newly built PC, it said I should run Startup Repair, so I did. Now it's stuck trying to fix problems. Any help?

Welcome to the forums.

Moving a Windows installation isn't a good idea. It can cause more problems than it's worth. For best results, and to cure the problems you're now having, you should do a clean install of Win 7 after you back up your data from the disk.
