the best you're going to get is whatever default drivers Windows 7 installs or the last XP drivers for it. You can use the ones linked above from Dell or you can go to Intel and likely get slightly newer versions from them by searching for the chipset on the motherboard (Intel 865-GV). You will likely have to use compatibility mode,
