Solved New Folder on file save no longer works

Perhaps since the last update installed about 3 days ago, on the "file save" screen, I can click on New Folder, but nothing happens.
Is this a new bug?

Hello MiaAccess,

You might see if downloading and merging the folder and directory options in the tutorial below, then restarting the computer may be able to fix this for you. It will restore the default associations for these.

I just ran a few more tests and I agree there has to be some kind of corruption. I was just able to create a folder and everything seemed ok, but now, it won't even create a folder using Windows Explorer. I will give your suggestion a try.

I remembered installing 2 programs lately. One was Winzip, which I uninstalled and it had no effect. The 2nd was Memeo backup which came with new my Seagate external hard drive. I uninstalled it, and now the problem is solved.
