First off, Welcome to the Forums!
As for the problem, it's your CD drive that is not able to actually read the game. If you have 2 CD/DVD drives like me, you need to put it in the TOP one in order for it to work properly. But if you have one drive, than you need to do a bit of configuring with the CD drive. I can send in a video if you ever need one, just let me know.
