Hello,

With only one crash to work off of, I can only see one probable cause: old network drivers. Try installing these updated ones: Realtek
Code:
Rt64win7.sys Thu Mar 04 08:42:52 2010 (4B8FB8DC)
If the BSODs persist, please upload a jcgriff2 report: http://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-debugging/96879-blue-screen-death-bsod-posting-instructions.html

Strange, it seems that the RAR folder only contains the PERFMON report. If the Realtek driver update doesn't fix the crashes, try running the jcgriff2 application again and uploading the entire report.

Just FYI, you can attach the ZIP or RAR folder directly to your post here, by use of the paperclip icon. It's faster than using 2-Shared, as downloading requires a wait time.

I wonder if K9 Web Protection is causing this now. Try removing it, see if you get more crashes. If so, run driver verifier: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/101379-driver-verifier-enable-disable.html

Is all you want to do block specific sites? If so, you could use the HOSTS file method to block domains manually. See here: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/78266-hosts-file-use-windows-7-vista.htmlI see you have ESET installed though. If you hang tight for a little while, ESET 5 will be released. I used the beta for a while, and it includes parental controls including the ability to block sites and categories of sites. I tested that feature out and it seems to work quite smoothly.
