Is there a simple tutorial that shows the most basic things you need to do using install.wim and such to create an individualized win7?
Do you want to create a Win7 Install USB or run Win7 from USB?
Install USB
Win7 ISO,TechBench download ultimate version, then use eicfg_removal_utility.zip to make all versions available, then burn to USB with Rufus 3.3, or Rufus 3.3 Portable
or
to DVD with ImgBurn
I think he wants to create customized install media.
On the Win XP era I have used nLite and it was very good.
Now there is a nLite version for win7-10. Have never used, so can't say if it's good.
nLite - Deployment Tool for the bootable Unattended Windows installation
I tried to copy a dvd of XP sp2 Pro to an iso and it worked. But I can't seem to get it bootable. The DVD is, but I can't get a bootable USB. Is it not an option?
