i am thinking of buying a new laptop, the cheapest one on the block

i am only considering DELL and HP

should i go with HP or Dell

whose video grahics is better

well the cheapest "on the block" will have very poor video performance regardless.

the less you pay the less you get.. obviously specs may vary but some may not even handle win 7 aero theme.

youre best off saying how much you are willing to spend and that will help us find you the best deal.
personally id look at the new range from amd. their latest A series APUs are rather promising but ive not looked at the pricing.
