I hope you can help me with this one. I just purchased a new laptop that only a partial Office 2010 program pre-installed so I installed my authentic Office 2010 copy from my desktop to my laptop and had to call Microsoft to validate my product key. No problems there went smoothly. The problem is that I am not able to launch Outlook even to set it up. The error message says "cannot load folders" and then shuts down automatically. I tried to use Windows program repair in control panel but the only reinstalled the office connector. I've looked everywhere on Microsoft's website and can't seem to get an answer that will actually "fix" my outlook issue. Any suggestions on what I should try next? BTW Outlook works just fine on my desktop. Thanks.
