New network location

Have some folders on a small hosted website.
In XP, was able to shortcut the site and folders and have them appear in the my computer pane.
I cannot do that at all in 7 Ultimate, although my FileZilla works fine.
What am I missing.

You can add items to the navigation pane but I don't think that you can pin items to the main explorer pane where your drives are located.

With an explorer window open you should be able to drag the shortcut to your favorites list in the navigation pane of explorer.
