If I use Default28.0 theme in the bottom of the page, finds supplements bar

Georg unfortunately bar supplements continue to miss!
I use Mozilla Firefox 28, but I download Geo Noia
Compatible to Firefox 4. * To 27. *
This version released on 14/11/2013, is one that displays bar supplements ..
I wish you can fix it if you can!

George perhaps you need to add a lot of info for this theme, what is it for, how to install with detailed steps, etc. Many people in this thread have failed, some say it's bloated. What is it, what does it do, screenshots of the theme.
