Hi folks,

After all the woes and hell I had with my last PC that my gf wrote off, we've moved home and now my lovely shiny new machine has started BSODing. Twice today.

Not sure what is causing it.

It's an i7 2600K , 8GB Mushkin Ridgeback Redline , 2 x MSI 570 GTX Twin Frozr SLI , Corsair HX 850 PSU

Main drive is a 60GB SSD, also have a 1TB Samsung storage drive and another 240GB SSD drive I use for Steam games.

BSOD is a WHEA error. Only thing I can see which "might" be causing it is the Vodafone Mobile broadband dongle but I don't know how to read the dump files properly to find out.

I've attached them to be look at. Please help, im very close to giving up on PCs altogether. I just have no luck with them.

Thanks

Now i'm really confused. Get a BSOD, Whoscrashed can read it, for some reason it just seem to be gathering them.

Any ideas?

To enable mini-dumps in Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008 or Windows 7 do the following:
  • Right click on My Computer, choose Properties and go to the Advanced system settings;
  • Hit Settings in the Startup and Recovery box;
  • Choose Small memory dump in Write debugging information;
  • Close all the dialog windows by clicking OK buttons;
  • Reproduce the system crash;
  • The small dump file will be created in the directory chosen in the Small dump directory box
Also make sure that automatic restart is not checked.

Right, will give that a go. Seems the culprit may have been a dodgy graphics card. It's out the system now and everything has been fine since. The joys of SLI I guess.

Great... it's happened again. Really not happy with this machine.

Attached fresh zip with all the info in called WHEABsod , really getting sick of this PC. I literally hate it.

What tools do you guys use to read dump files? So I can look over them before I have to RMA the whole machine later on.
