New PC Constant crash and BSOD, Since first setup

hello everyone, im new here at forum.

can you help me with my problem..

my pc is new, the first time i setup os for my pc it already bsod.
but i ignored it because i thought it was ok.

but then now its almost 3 months..the pc always bsod and crashes..

my system specs is:
OS: Windows 7 Pro Sp1 32bit
Processor: AMD A8-5600K w/ Radeon HD 7560D
MOBO: Asrock FM2A55M-VG3
Ram: Ovation 4GB ddr3 1333mhz
HDD: 500GB WD Blue

Considering how diverse your bug checks codes are I recommend starting with a memory test
and resetting the UEFI (BIOS) back to defaults in case you are unaware of an automated
overclocking feature has been enabled.

:ar: Reset the BIOS back to default:

• CLR CMOS

   Note

Write down the current value of the SATA Mode!
Its either AHCI or IDE.
After resetting the CMOS go back and verify the value for SATA Mode is what it was
when the OS was installed.

   Note

If any component is overclocked reset it back to stock speeds!

Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+:

• RAM - Test with Memtest86+

   Tip

• :info: Pay close attention to part 3 of the tutorial "If you have errors"
• :tip: Test the RAM with Memtest86+ for at least 7-10 passes. It may take up to 22 passes to find problems. Make sure to run it once after the system has been on for a few hours and is warm, and then also run it again when the system has been off for a few hours and is cold.
