New Updates for Windows 7

The past two weeks I have received these updates but after reading and trying to understand more about them as well as some recent updates creating trouble as they where meant for Windows 8 and or Windows 10 upgrades which I do not want, can someone maybe help me with the decision to install or not install these?

the compatibility updates for windows 8 are fine, the ones related to 10 are complete malware don't install them.in fact don't install anything that looks fishy to you its better that way.

I just installed them and it bogged my computer down the browsers didn't want to come up. I just did a system restore to take them back out and my lap top is running fine without them but maybe my security isn't as good but what ya going to do?
