New WD HDD External Error after fail formating

SO my online delivery just arrived and i try to format it
the result is my new HD corrupted
I to check SN but fail say invalid

result from my partition tools on google
Easeus and data lifeguard wd not detect any disk (in case of data lifeguar in recognise volum but nothing there no number and no disk)

If everything fail I plan on getting refund from the shop

the price is a bit cheap though around 500k rp (or around 35 usd) for 2 TB HDD

and I am sorry if my english is bad

In diskpart it shows as raw meaning the parition table is wrong. will diskpart do a clean I would try as a gpt disk not mbr or split it into two paritions ntfs
