New window keeps popping up when i select a folder

Hi all,

recently my when i select a new folder, the folder will open up in a new window. This irritates me as the windows will accumulate at the task bar. Any one knows of a solution to this?

In Folder Options, View click on Open Each Folder In The Same Window. Then click the button to apply changes to all folders.

Double check to see if this may be the issue. Setting Folder Options to "Open each folder in the same window" should normally stop this.

Did you click the Apply button?
