Wow thats a ton of replies!
@alphanumeric thanks for the info, sadly I tried this already and surprisingly it didn't change anything! It still kept restarting and I am still given no dump file or error screens
My dell pc is relatively free of Dell bloatware. It comes with a few things, most often used is Dell Dock. It also came with DataSafe local backup, Roxio, McAfee, PowerDVD. Thats pretty much it, and actually I could use some of it.
The factory restore should be fairly easy - I hear with newer computers they store a backup on a ghost drive or something that can be accessed on restart. Not only that, I as actually given a Windows 7 disc - OEM copy, but nonetheless, I can reformat and reinstall Windows myself finally!
And so far, no restarts in two days! Looks pretty good so far, I'm crossing my fingers
