Restarts - No Error Screen

Hey guys, I've got a really annoying problem that I've been dealing with for awhile and hope you can help me out.

Basically, sometimes when I try to load a game, or when I try to turn my computer off, it will just cold restart itself. It doesn't happen 100% of the time, but most of the time. I unchecked the "automatically restart" option, and I still get no error screens, just a restart.

The only event logged is:

It was also restarting in this way when it would go into sleep mode, but I stopped it from doing so. I've updated my drivers to the best of my ability, I just replaced my PSU because I thought that might have been causing the problem, but it has persisted with the new unit.

Hopefully you guys can help me out, it's sort of harding trying to find information about this without any type of error screen.

Upload Dump Files
Please go to C:\Windows\Minidump and zip up the contents of the folder. Then upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.

If you have issues with "Access Denied" errors, try copying the files to your desktop and zipping them up from there. If it still won't let you zip them up, post back for further advice.

If you don't have anything in that folder, please check in C:\Windows for a file named MEMORY.DMP. If you find it, zip it up and upload it to a free file hosting service - then post the link to it.
Then, follow the directions here to set your system for Minidumps (much smaller than the MEMORY.DMP file): http://www.carrona.org/setmini.html

MSINFO32
Please go to Start and type in "msinfo32.exe" (without the quotes) and press Enter
Save the report as an .nfo file, then zip up the .nfo file and upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.

A minidump folder does not exist, and a search for MEMORY.DMP came up with nothing.

Not much in the .nfo file
- Check the Action Center for solutions to the issues with Acrobat Reader
- Uninstall the drivers for your Microsoft Optical Mouse, then download and install fresh one's.
- DLLHost.exe errors - combined with no antivirus suggests that this could be a virus infection.

Hi Gang,
I am having the same issue and am curious to know if you've had any success. I've seen several threads and everyone leads back to a BSOD but I have never had one. Just random reboots with the same Kernel-Power issues (pasted below).
I cleared out drivers and let Windows reload them (to the best of my knowledge) and while the reboots lessened in frequency, they are still happening way too often. I also followed the steps to create a minidump...no files are being created when the reboot happens. I am including my sys.nfo in hopes that someone can point me in the next direction.

I have the exact same problem, win 7 restarts without error.
Sometimes when i try to load a game and always when i try to shutdown or restart the PC, i have to log off and then shutdown the machine.
Updated all drivers and so on.
