I am unable to read any Newegg reviews. This started about 2 weeks ago & initially I thought it was something wrong on their end. But I have no problem when using my Chromebook.
I can click on & read the information under the tabs for Overview, Specifications, Warranty & Returns, and Q&A. But for the Reviews tab I just get the small spinning circle & the word “Loading”.
I also noticed the small spinning circle & the word “Loading” appears above the tabs. Normally in this area it would say “Buy Together & Save” or “Customers Also Bought” and show some items. But this data is also being blocked out.
This happens when I use Firefox 49.0.2 or IE11. I have cleared cookies, cache & temp files. I also tried with the firewall disabled but so far nothing has made any difference.
What kind of Windows setting would cause this problem?
