Nforce Driver

Hello,

I have a HP Pavilion dv-6768se laptop that i just installed Windows 7 Pro x86 on.

The only problem is now my NIC doesnt work, or only periodically. I tryed downloading and installing the driver from HP's site with no success.

I am not sure what nforce driver to try from Nvidia's site as there are many.

Does anyone know how i can find out what series of nforce controller i have or does anyone know what driver i may need?

Hello there, Try these ones...

NVIDIA DRIVERS 15.51 WHQL

NVIDIA DRIVERS 15.49 WHQL

I'm not sure which one will work because i can't seem to find enough info about your laptop hardware so i don't know which nForce is using but those are the only nForce controllers on Nvidia's site, couldn't hurt to try them both

Pretty sure the 15.49 driver is working. I did a few reboots yesterday and this morning and the problem seems to have gone away. I have been getting connection every time now.
