No Audio!

i have a windows vista. i plugged an HDMI from my laptop to my tv in the bedroom and everything was fine, but when i plug it into the one in the living room ( A sony), the pictures works but the audio doesn't work! i already went to device manger, enable high definition audio as well as right clicked the audio icon > playback devices > and set the HDMI to default.. those didnt works and nothing works for this. Can you help me get my audio on? Firebred? anybody?

If the HDMI works, both video and audio, on one TV and not another, then the problem is the TV and not the PC or the HDMI output.
