No bookmarks

On my desktop i can have bookmarks that show the icons on firefox right under the location bar, but now i forget how to do it on my laptop. any help would be great

actually not solved, i turned bookmarks toolbar on, but I cant drag and drop icons to it like i usually do, why not?

For Firefox the easiest way is to use SyncPlaces. Especially if you have your own FTP page. Send bookmarks from the machine that has everything set up correctly. Then Get from the machine you want set up. It will set up the Bookmarks Toolbar just like the machine that sent the bookmarks. Great time saver. No drag & drop BS.
