Solved NO BOOT please help me to boot

I have to format a pc but it doesn't pick up any DVD od CD rom I plug in SATA or IDE. I came to a conclusion that I should make a bootable USB with the XP on that but I can't get that program have tried one but it did not work... Is there someway I can format this PC stll please help me?

I assume you have bios set to boot from the cdrom drive first?

If I under correctly what you're trying to do........
In the BIOS, do you have the correct boot order set?
You have to change the boot order from HDD to the CD/DVD.
Configurations are different from board to board, it's not hard to change.

p5bdkw I know that I have done all that sorry guys but i got sorted it seems that the jumper on the HDD somehow prevented to let the DVD rom pick up in the bios...
