Solved No connection+no ethernet cable detecting

Hey so I just got my new motherboard+cpu and i've done a fresh windows 7 install now to begin with my internet was just fine but not my wireless card no longer connects to the internet it can find the connection but when I try to connect to my router it says "Cannot connect to asus(my routers name)" now this wouldn't be such a problem but my wired connection (I use both) isn't detected! so if I pull out my wireless card then it has no connection and my ethernet cable gives no signal/a sign it's even there like if I go to see my internet devices it just shows my wireless card but my ethernet cable is plugged in and has been checked multiple times so not only do I get no connection wirelessly I get no connections wired... I have installed the lan drivers etc and my wireless drivers but I have no connection still...
And on the rare chance my wireless connects to my router I get like 5 seconds of internet or none at all but is connected
Any help is apreciated


EDIT forgot to say all other devices in the house are working just fine wirelessly and wired.

Ok so I just noticed the wireless card is called atheros ar9285 wireless net work adapter #2
This is not the case it's a tp link TL-WN781ND
And when I try to manualy install the wireless card it says no TPLINK wireless card detected :/ could this be where the problem lies?
What do internets what do.
Please any help would be apreciated I have alot of work that's due soon.

Hi mate, how does everything look in device manager? Can you post a screenshot.

Well I called it a night and today both connections are working could've just been my router ;p

I really don't know what fixed your problem but sometimes just rebooting your router and computer will allow Windows 7 to pickup up things and deal with them.
