Solved No desktop background?

I have a major issue here. I use a ordinary Windows 7 Theme, under the category "Aero Themes". However, there is no desktop background. There is only a black background. I can see everything Windows 7 has to offer, but just the background is blank. Does anyone know how to fix this?
