No disk & new using laptop

Can anybody help i set my admin pass by mistake didt no it woz guna b main account iv not done burning disks or much on it yet im stuck iv typed on prompt comand- net user admin run windows cmd.exe ? This is wot it says now

To run as admin find cmd.exe right click choose run as admin
