No game works in Windows 7

This isn't the first time I've had Windows 7 on my pc , but this time when I installed it , none of my games work , bad company 2 , mw2 , cod 5 world at war , nothing , I can't connect to any servers , when I try to launch my games in mp mode they all freeze.

I've reinstalled windows , formated the drive , used registry cleaner , my firewall is off , I have all the same ports forwarded as i did before .

I'm lost

I know that it can be frustrating when things like this happen. But we can start off helping you if you please help us by posting your computer specifications for example:

-What type of Windows 7 do you own
-Processor
-Graphics Card
-RAM

Jchase, can you please just clear something up for me. The Games actually work right? As in they load, you just cant get online with them?
